Have you got a child at our School?

Then you are already a member of the CVPS PTA

 How can you get involved?

Come to a meeting
If you have a child at the school or if you are member of staff you are very welcome to come to any meeting. We meet regularly to see where help is needed, to decide what to buy, and to decide how to raise funds.

You don't have come to a meeting but we'd love you to volunteer to help at an event:

Run a stall for a short time at an event
Help set up or clear up after our events or help at the disco.
All these jobs (and lots more) have to be done if we are to continue to give our children's education the support it deserves.

Where does the money go?

The Friends of Cullingworth Primary School (previously known as the PTA) have raised some fantastic amounts over recent years towards a whole host of items, such as an electronic piano, Education City homework licenses, digital cameras, T-shirts for the swimming gala, a large contribution to Mr Corn’s mural, Reception outdoor equipment including the Pirate Ship and Play house, Rose Queen day and dressing up outfits, decoration/paintwork in the school hall, cherry trees, camcorder, library books, computer desks, new speaker system and I pads.

In addition to all this, the They have also contributed £10 per child towards a school trip for the last 3 years and £5 per child in the current year.

All this could not have been achieved without the help and support of all the parents, but the events would not have taken place without the organisational skills, time and enthusiasm of the

FRIENDS OF CULLINGWORTH VILLAGE PRIMARY SCHOOL.

A fantastic assortment of playtime toys bought with the proceeds of the Curry and Quiz night. These had been requested by the School Council.

The Friends of Cullingworth Primary School  (Now renamed CVPS PTA) raised £7000 to complete our School Library.
